Good luck with this fun challenge! Maybe you could put faces on the shapes or decorate them all with different patterns.

A little bit more preparation work involved for this challenge……..but it will be worth it ( and sort of makes up for the lack of challenge last week, many apologies).

For Part 1 you need to do some gathering. Part 2 will be announced on Friday.

Please gather:

• A used clear plastic bottle or two. Big ones are better but small ones will work too.
• About a handful of soil – you could gather a little bit each time you go out for some exercise at the park or ask a grown up if you could take a bit from a pot or garden.
• A tomato or apple or lemon or courgette or pepper…..a fruit or vegetable with seeds

All you need is a piece of A4 paper, a pair of scissors, a bit of string and a glue stick for this wonderful project from the British Library.

Your books could be about anything……..a mini sketchbook, a story, a recipe book, your diary for the week ………
